Increasing the security of the plant floor to reduce MTTR to General Motors
This session emphasized practical strategies to improve plant floor security and minimize downtime in production environments. General Motors solves challenges such as limited visibility in network traffic and endpoints, along with a lack of skill and training to ensure their global plants. With the implementation of Identity Services Engine (ISE) for management of policy and deployment of the solution of industrial Ethernet (IE) of the catalyst, IP67 switches and catalyst centers, GM achieves increased efficiency and strong king.
Software -defined factory allowed SDA
This session has explored SDA (SDA) in industrial automation in the area. This was Audi, introducing their innovative approach to virtualizing the automation and industry control system (IACS). The use of hypercon -verrified infrastructure and SDA creates an Audi effective virtual around that smoothly connects to the plant floor.
